All Cakes will have traces of SOY due to the Cake Release Spray used.

All my products are baked in a kitchen that at some time handle:

celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya and sulphur dioxide. Please do not eat these products if you are allergic to any of these things, as they may contain trace amounts even if they are not part of the ingredients.

While every care has been taken to ensure ingredient information is correct, products used are often being updated, so ingredients and allergens may change without warning. Although when this comes to light the allergens table is updated, please remember to flag up any allergens when ordering cakes so information can be double checked for you.

It is the customers responsibility to inform me of any dietary requirements, I take no responsibility for any injury or illness resulting from allergies and sensitivities to any ingredients. It is also the customers responsibility to pass the allergens information provided onto any third parties concerned.
