Dream Cakes and Heavenly Bakes is unable to make cakes using licensed intellectual property (e.g. Disney, Hello Kitty, Avengers, etc) unless we have received a written copyright release from the copyright owner at least two weeks before the date the cake is needed. This is because it is illegal to recreate a licensed, copyrighted, patented or trademarked design, image, personality or object without the written consent of the rights holder. This includes sculpted and shaped cakes, cakes with team names or logos and cakes with the likeness of licensed characters drawn, printed or piped on them.

If you still would really like to order a cake with a copyright character/s, there are two options:
 

1: Contact the copyright owner to obtain a release for the one time use, in writing. Please be aware that this may take some time and can be very expensive.

 The release would need to be sent to info@dreamcakesandheavenlybakes.co.uk with your order name in the header.

2: Buy a licensed cake design or figure and have Dream Cakes and Heavenly Bakes decorate a cake in the Theme of the character/s you have chosen and then place it on your cake to complete the decoration once the cake has been delivered to you. 

Please be aware that the item should be in original, unopened packaging to be placed on a food surface. We do not take responsibility for items added to the cake once they have left our premises.
