DESSERT CUPCAKES

A lovely moist sponge containing mashed banana and a core filling of toffee sauce. This cake is covered in a brown sugar and mixed spice buttercream and is topped with a drizzle of toffee sauce a sprinkle of buttery digestive crumb and finished with a banana chip.

A classic sponge with the addition of natural custard flavour. This has a rhubarb jam center and is topped with a duo frosting of natural custard and natural rhubarb flavoured buttercream, both or which are slightly coloured.

A classic sponge with the addition of applesauce and further flavoured with a hint of cinnamon. This is topped with a cinnamon buttercream frosting and is decorated with a crumble topping. This can also have an applesauce centre.

Classic Vanilla sponge base, but this time using just light brown sugar instead of a mixture, to give a more toffee flavoured sponge. This encases chopped up little pieces or soaked dates and is topped with a toffee buttercream frosting. It is finished with a few little slithers of date and some toffee sauce. 

A classic sponge with the addition of ground almonds and further flavoured with almond extract. This has a black cherry jam center and is topped with an almond extract buttercream frosting and is decorated with a flaked almonds and a cherry.

A classic sponge with the addition of rolled oats and fresh raspberries. This is topped with a whisky flavoured buttercream and is decorated with raspberries and a drizzle of honey.

Classic vanilla sponge with the addition of grated dark chocolate and drizzled with a coffee syrup. This cake is then topped with a sherry buttercream frosting and finished with more dark grated chocolate .

Classic Chocolate sponge, encasing kirsch soaked cherries with a Black Cherry Jam centre. This cake is covered with Vanilla Buttercream and is finished with grated dark chocolate and a fresh cherry.

Classic Chocolate sponge with a homemade Salted Caramel and toasted Pecan centre. This cake is covered with with a duo frosting of Salted Caramel buttercream and Chocolate ganache and is finished with a Salted Caramel covered Pecan.

Classic Chocolate sponge encasing little bits of marshmallow, cherry and chocolate chips. This cake is topped with a cocoa buttercream frosting and finished with some mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and cherry pieces. 

Classic vanilla sponge, encasing blueberries, raspberries and crushed pieces of meringue. This is topped with a vanilla bean paste buttercream frosting and decorated with a raspberry, blueberry and crushed meringue.
